And a recent renovation to the ballroom has made Saphire Estate even more exceptional. Removing three columns and adding 1,000 square feet brought the space’s total capacity up from 225 to 270 with a dance floor. Luxurious, custom-made furniture (wrought-iron tables, vibrant banquettes), new oak flooring, and an on-site chef, meanwhile, put the icing on the (wedding) cake.
