Your Last Night Alone
4 slices cucumber
1 1/2 oz. Hendrick’s gin
1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/8 tsp. rose syrup
1 splash rosé champagne

Using a spoon or muddler, mash the cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients (except the champagne), cover, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double strain or fine strain into a flute and top with champagne. Serves one.
