Dropkick Murphys Add More St. Patrick’s Day Shows

As is Boston tradition, there will be plenty of chances to see the Dropkick Murphys the week of St. Patrick’s Day. The hometown heroes added four new dates around their sold-out March 19 gig at Agganis Arena, including three House of Blues shows (March 16 to 18) and one secret party at an as-yet-unnamed venue on March 20. Allston basement show?
Among the openers for the Dropkicks’ Boston swing include Boston legends Heretix and Slapshot, among others. The boys will also hit the road for a February and March tour that celebrates their 20 years as a band, and it brings Los Angeles psychobilly pioneers Tiger Army and rabble-rousing locals Darkbuster along for the bumpy ride.
