Television power couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic return to Boston this weekend to host the 2016 UnMask Cancer fundraiser.

The annual event, now in its third year, benefits patient care and cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as well as the Jimmy Fund. The 2016 fundraiser will take place at the Mandarin Oriental on Saturday, October 22.

Other stars who are expected to join the Fashion Police host and former The Apprentice winner are ex-Patriots greats Matt Light and Sammy Morris. In total, more than 400 guests are expected to attend the UnMask Cancer party, which will feature music by DJ Hectik in addition to a “living art” exhibition, silent auction, dinner, and cocktails.

Cancer research is a topic that hits extremely close to home for the Rancics as Giuliana revealed a few years ago that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She talked to CBS News in 2013 about wanting to use her platform as a TV personality to empower and educate women by being open about her experience.

“I hear a lot of women come up to me and go, ‘My mom had breast cancer, I don’t have the gene, but maybe I’ll get the surgery,'” Giuliana told CBS News. “I don’t know what sort of message people are getting, but it’s so important to know the facts.”

$175-$275, Saturday, October 22, 8 p.m. to midnight, Mandarin Oriental, 776 Boylston Street, unmaskcancer.org.
