U2 Will Play The Joshua Tree in Its Entirety at Gillette Stadium This Summer
The iconic album celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

The legendary rock band announced on Monday that it’s going on tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their Grammy Award-winning album The Joshua Tree. Bono and company will play every song from the record at every show during stops in North America and Europe.
Massachusetts fans are in luck, as U2 will be touching down at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, June 25, along with special guests The Lumineers.

“Recently I listened back to The Joshua Tree for the first time in nearly 30 years,” Bono said in a statement via the band’s website. “I’ve sung some of these songs a lot, but never all of them. I’m up for it, if our audience is as excited as we are. It’s gonna be a great night.”
Tickets for U2’s show at Gillette go on sale Tuesday, January 17, at 10 a.m.
