Il Matrimonio Segreto
Thursday, February 23-Saturday, February 25, 7:30 P.M.; Sunday, February 26, 2 P.M.
This comic opera features tangled circumstances and misdirected romantic aspirations. It is a musical bridge between Mozart and Rossini, with beautiful lyrical melodies and challenging ensembles. Sung in Italian with English supertitles. Featuring Domenico Cimarosa, composer, Giovanni Bertati, librettist, William Lumpkin, conductor, and Amy Hutchison, guest stage director.
