Masa is offering a sensational Southwestern prix-fixe menu along with $5 margarita specials for the entire month of May. The prix-fixe menu includes first courses of tortilla soup with puya and roasted tomato, romaine salad and crispy blue corn tortillas, or roasted poblano and banana pepper spring rolls; main courses include crispy chicken breast with cerveza and nopales salsa, Negra Modelo battered fish tacos, or chipolte apricot glazed short ribs. And for dessert, there's Mexican vanilla bean flan, a chocolate truffle tamale, or a selection of ice cream. If that doesn't make you yell out "Tequila!" nothing will!
