
Choose any appetizer, entrée, and dessert plus the amuse bouche and a paired dessert wine for $75 per person. The menu changes daily, but some appetizer choices of the month included potage of Long Island cheese pumpkin, house-smoked wild king salmon, or ragoût of local forest mushrooms, house-made sausage, turnips, and romanesco.
Entree choices include organic flat iron steak à la poêle, Vermont organic pork two ways: crispy suckling confit and grilled belly, or curry oil-poached and roasted dayboat sea scallops. And for dessert, choose profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate sauce, fruit crisp, or olive oil and Taza chocolate mousse. There are many other appetizers, entrees, and dessert to choose from and there is also a vegetarian prix fixe availbale for $61 per person.
