Erykah Badu, the soulful singer whose pipes have been compared to Billie Holiday, is hitting the stage at the Orpheum Theatre. The songstress will be making a stop in Boston on her “New Amerykah Tour” featuring the Roots, the well known hip-hop group that Badu has collaborated with for years.
