Festival of the Dead

In Salem, the adults have more fun than the kids. The mystical town keeps Halloween howling all month long with events like The Brimstone Chronicles walking tour, Ghost Hunting 101, the Psychic Fair and Witchcraft Expo, The Vampires' Masquerade Ball, an authentic seance, and the Dinner with the Dead. By day, it’s suitable for the kids, but by nightfall, it turns into a fantasy playground complete with vampires, temptresses, and other sights best left to adult video. Your best bet it take the commuter rail, since parking is sparse and the traffic is killer.
