Chef David Kinkead introduces his new cooking demonstration series, for which he'll share cooking tips and tricks with the audience while serving a three-course dinner. Tuesday, May 27th - The focus is on Asian food, and he'll serve up shrimp and pork spring rolls with green papaya and sticky soy glaze, miso roasted black cod with sesame spinach, scallion, and ginger butter, and for dessert, enjoy fried sweetened tofu with pineapple, papaya, and coconut ice cream.
