The mother-daughter masters of Cambodian cuisine are teaching the masses the tricks of their trade. Mother Longteine "Nyep" de Monteiro, tends to focus on traditional Cambodian cuisine, while daughter Nadsa de Monteiro will teach Cambodian, French and even fusion cooking. Nyep's son-in-law Gerard Lopez, the chef at The Elephant Walk in Cambridge, also offers courses on French, Spanish and fusion cooking.
