Sunset Grill owner Marc Kadish knows his microbrews (the grill has 112 beers on tap and another 300 available in bottles) the way most of us know our telephone numbers. Since 1987 he's been offering beer dinners and other events at which education and intoxication are not necessarily mutually exclusive. It's hard to beat a 12-page beer menu and a lesson on pairing beers with food. And frankly, after all these years it looks like no one else is even trying. (Seven-time winner.)
