At the Maison Robert alumnus’s 11-month-old Beacon Hill bistro, the house pâté is rich, the beef bourgignon hearty, and the profiteroles irresistible. About the only things that don’t feel authentically, unrepentantly Gallic are the pleasantly reasonable prices.
