For 11 years Rialto has delivered Mediterranean food as awe-inspiring as the Venetian bridge for which it’s named. But chef Jody Adams’s dazzling cuisine isn’t the only thing that draws groups here for special occasions: The room, with windows overlooking the Charles Hotel’s red-brick piazza, is spacious without seeming impersonal. And the attentive staff makes everyone feel like the guest of honor.
