First-time owners Tom and Mary Prince have assembled an A-team at their debut Italian restaurant: general manager Lorenzo Savona (formerly of Les Zygomates), chef Tony Bettencourt (UpStairs on the Square), and pastry chef Mary Bergin (Spago).
