Great Bay’s revamped Island Bar menu, introduced this February, is what the USDA’s food pyramid might look like if redrawn by a multiculturalist gourmand. There’s seviche, tartare, salads, tacos, and sashimi, each paired with unexpected side acts (the scallops come with strawberry, mint, and smoked chili pepper). Portions have been trimmed and prices dropped, making the bar a smart choice for a light supper that could well turn into a three-hour feast.
