Royal says it carries more designers than any other jewelry store in New England, and we see no reason to challenge that claim. The Andover shop is, in a word, ginormous, with dazzlers from Chopard, Doris Panos, and Penny Preville, as well as watches from Charriol and IWC. But it’s Royal’s service that really shines—the staff doesn’t work on commission, and each customer is treated with patience and respect, regardless of the dough he or she winds up dropping.
