Troquet

What it lacks in location and pedigree, Troquet more than makes up for with enophilic offerings. Situated on a barren stretch of Boylston Street, the teeny restaurant manages to keep up with the big boys with an admirable and changing roster of 50 wines by the glass. A menu of hard-to-find boutique bottles, several priced under $75, is carefully selected (mostly from France and America) to pair with chef Scott Hebert’s contemporary cuisine.
