Quantity doesn’t always equal quality, but Bin 26—which arrived in Beacon Hill last fall—beats the odds and offers both. There are up to 250 wines on the list and 50 to 60 by the glass, all kept fresh by a high-tech preservation system. Among the selection are cult wines like Vérité winery’s La Muse—a Bordeaux-inspired blend from Sonoma—and unknown (but soon-to-be-cult) vintages like Nyakas Cellars’ fragrant white from Hungary that retails for just $28. Who says you can’t have everything?
