Owners Tom and Mary Prince are not only gracious hosts, they're also obsessive about their food: beautifully executed Italian fare that features light-as-air Neapolitan-style pizza crusts, hand-cut tagliatelle and pappardelle, and homemade sauces (we're talking "roast-our-own-tomatoes" homemade).
