The Eliot School

For budding Picassos, the standard summer arts and crafts classes can seem a bit elementary (what's challenging about making another plastic lanyard?). Enter Jamaica Plain's Eliot School, where young artists can explore their world through printmaking, woodworking, sewing, and writing. Popular selections include sessions on building go-carts and creating comic books. And if your kid brings home the DIY bug, adult classes are also offered.
