We’ve all been to one of those weddings: The dress is exquisite, the flowers magnificent, and the food…well, at least there was cake. Too bad we can’t go back and introduce those couples to Stephen Barck and Linda De Franco Barck, whose 18-year-old company designs, prepares, and executes superlative meals for receptions large and small. Customized menus? Right down to the last detail, from Italian chèvre tartlets with arugula pesto and roasted tomato to day-boat halibut rubbed in cracked mustard seed.
