The fantastic dinner menu takes its cue from the cooking styles of four distinct American culinary regions: New England, Down South, Pacific Coast and Wild West. For dessert, pastry chef Natasha Misanko has created a style all her own. And her sweet treats certainly have enough fireworks to match the ones chef Michael LaScola sets off with his savory dishes. The menu changes seasonally; Misanko's repertoire incorporates regional and seasonal ingredients such as organic cranberry and dark chocolate cake, chai crème brûlée and pear timbale, all in geometric designs that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
