"Massachusetts needs revenue." I love it. This is what you get when you elect a dyed-in-the-wool liberal democrat. Massachusetts only "needs revenue" because the guy cannot step in front of a mic without throwing out yet another billion dollar promise. How about a little leadership and a little less Santa Claus?

Massachusetts needs revenue. Casino and gambling revenues are only a stop gap measure for the Massachusetts Boo-Boo. State Government must take care of the Cancer it has first before considering Gaming.

That is inefficiency, waste, and mismanagement of State and Local Government that is never addressed.

In addition, honest taxpayers and legitimate businesses and industries that pay more of their fair share of taxes because the billions of dollars of lost current tax revenue due to the tax cheaters and those who are in the underground economy must be finally addressed.

State government must begin to insure that taxpayers are getting a dollar value for each dollar spent. Bechtel and al the contractors who do business with the state must be seriously monitored. Also, the state must begin to do real accountability for all the waste and mismanagement in the billions of human service dollars that goes to waste and not serving the needs of those intended
