		<description>I think it's a great idea to let it die and help local independent shops open up in the new space. How though? I'd imagine rent can't be cheap in that part of town, so how can a risky business venture get the funding necessary to move in there? I'd love to see a coffee shop other than starbucks and maybe a specialized book store or something, but all of the indie stores in the area have close (Bromfield St. seems especially hard hit).</description>
