How though? I'd imagine rent can't be cheap in that part of town, so how can a risky business venture get the funding necessary to move in there? I'd love to see a coffee shop other than starbucks and maybe a specialized book store or something, but all of the indie stores in the area have close (Bromfield St. seems especially hard hit).
