Amy?
I never thought of calling Eric Gagne'(Or is he Gag-me) a Bag Of SUCK, but then, I thought he was broken down, through Injectable Fitness(Steroids), & knew that he had NOTHING left in his tank:

I remember the 8/31 Game vs The Orioles @ Fenway & NOBODY wanted to see him in any way, shape or form;

He didn't have enough Gas in him to cut one on The T out of Kenmore.

What is NEEDED & NEEDED BADLY, is a Private Enterprise Version of MBTA Commuter Rail:

Amy? take yourself over to this site @
http://www.bmt-lines.com ;

When the BMT Company ran Subways & El Lines in NYC, it did the job very well. It's when NYC Government stuck their noses in everything that things got to be rotten.

Wait... you make it seem like the rest of the T's services are reliable and maintained well. The commuter rail is just like the rest of the T: Old and breaking down. It maybe easy to blame MBCR, but the blame goes all around.

We surprised when trains and buses don't run on time, yet when it comes down to paying for improvements someone always passes the buck and the people who rely on public transportation lose out.
