You just don't get it. This is the new Everyday math(chicago math), which propomotes estimating. Take a look at the 4-5th grade everyday math programs. Estimating? Why let good numbers get in the way of a good story?

Casinos need to be stopped in MA, and stopped now. We need to make note of whom was pushing and whom was fighting, and look where their campaign funds came from. Then decide if we want to keep them in office.

Change is going to come from US, the voters. This topis has shown the public how money influences government. We need to learn from this as elections are approaching.

Obama will bring change, as Deval promised.
Will this be the kind of change we need for our country? Think about where Deval has been lately.

Deval, Cahill need to go.

Thanks,

Mike

I'm fascinating by the governor's retreat from 30,000 jobs to "tens of thousands" of jobs. Think about it. Surely "tens of thousands" must be more than 10,000. Does 20,000 qualify as "tens of thousands"? I suppose. But when I hear a phrase like that, I think of, oh, 50,000, or 70,000. Not only is "tens of thousands" deliberately imprecise, but it also strikes me as deceptive.
