But try to contact them, as I did this afternoon after a trip from Boston to NY. I had lost my appointment-address en route, but found it impossible to reach them. No phone number was listed, and when I tried e-mail ("contact us"), got back an error message, "not currently available". What self-respecting company makes itself so unavailable?
