Gary Zerola Walks (Again)
In the April issue of Boston magazine (on newsstands now!) we examined the case against Gary Zerola, the Boston lawyer and former Most Eligible Bachelor who’s been repeatedly accused of raping young women. In January, Zerola was exonerated on the first charge against him. Today, a jury found him not guilty on a second sexual assault charge.
Zerola was obviously pleased with the verdict.
He later told the Herald, “I have faith in God and I have faith in our system of justice. Today is a victory for all those people who are falsely accused. If you speak the truth long enough and loud enough, eventually you will be heard.”
He’s not completely in the clear yet, however. Zerola still faces a sexual assault charge in Miami for allegedly raping a woman he met there while on a trip that violated the terms of his parole. As BoMag’s piece points out, life still isn’t great for the alleged criminal.
Perhaps most humiliating, the man who made it his mantra to work hard and play harder can no longer play at all. Every day, Zerola must call a probation officer when he leaves for the office, and twice more during the day, the last when he returns home. Which these days is always well before the clubs close.

Am I just ignorant or is there something wrong with this picture. The man is accused not once but three times of sexually assaulting women all much younger than him. If you ask me, this man has a serious problem. I don’t know many men in their 30’s who pursue women who are barely women to say the least. They also put him up as “Most Eligible Bachelor”. I’ll ask for who? In any case, three women can’t all be wrong. I don’t care what a jury concludes. If our “Most Eligible Bachelor” gets off for a third time, I hope that he plans on using another part of his anatomy to make better choices when it comes to the women he chooses to spend time with. However, if he is found guilty in the third case of drugging and raping this young woman, then pehaps Mr. Zerola needs to seek some kind of help for his consistent lack of better judgement in his behavior.

Not today, but someday Gary Zerola’s own words, “If you speak the truth long enough and loud enough, eventually you will be heard.”, will put him behind bars. What are the odds that three seperate young woman who do not know each other, from different states, would all make the same accusations about the same man? You might miss the sound of one or two voices, but like Gary says, eventually, when these Woman speak together, loud enough, the truth will be heard. I have witnessed the pain and sufforing this tragedy has inflicted on one family, and I will relish the day that Gary Zerola is served the justice he deserves.

Oh Please! These women should not be judged based on their partner’s character. Afterall, is it true that people follow a pattern in relation to their dating choices? They seem to end up with a person who is just like their previous partner? In which case…of course Mr. Zerola would attract them! He is no better than the previous men these women have been involved with. Take a look at the Rants & Raves section of Craigs’s List. Someone posted about “Karma” and then proceeded to bash the women involved in these cases. How is it that not one, not two, but THREE women have come forward who shared similar experiences with this man. Sure we will never know the REAL TRUTH. However, I think it is safe to assume that Mr. Zerola is in fact a sexual deviant and far from a victim! People can’t see past the suit, law degree and the fact that he was in people magazine and therefore he must be innocent right? I think some of you supporters should do some research on the behavioral patterns of sexual deviants and maybe then you all will wake up! And as for Karma…it is True the past always catches up with you even if it takes years!

Does anyone see how corrupt Boston is? I hope those Florida boys wont be so easy to buy off. Last time I checked,they don’t take to kindly to raping their teenage daughters. Gary needs to stop doing coke and raping young girls. If I was that girls father, gary’s case would have been settled out of court by now.

Gary is a great person. These girls and many like them are liars. A girl can’t go around crying wolf after she gives a blow job. If this guy was some thug somewhere who sold blow for a living, these girls would not have a day in court. The problem is, as a defense attorney, this guy makes the cops and prosecutors look like jerk off’s when he attacks them in court, and this is their attempt at revenge. I will always stick with this guy. In fact, I hope he gives me the honor of hanging out with me sometime in the next few weeks. Good job Gary and God bless! You are the last line of defense against unconstitutional police practices of lies and corruption as well as malicious prosecution. I can’t wait till guy gets his license reinstated. If any cop has so much farted the wrong way, he’ll be all over them in court. There is one thing though I must say – it is time for him to grow up and settle down. Enough of the club scene and that crap. A person cannot have it both ways. You cannot be one of the most feared defense attorneys in town, but at the same time expose your life to those who are out to destroy you. It’s sad a person cannot live the life he or she chooses too without being scrutinized, but that is the reality of America and this finger pointing, “misery loves company” society. Also, I believe the Florida incident was a set-up and conspiracy.

You are just like the newspaper, these lying women, and corrupt cops. If you had to actually put your name in print next to his, we’d never hear word one out of you. It’s called a lack of character. If you didn’t go to BOTH trials and you actaully know the facts and not just what the Herald and BoMag printed, then keep your yap shut. FACTS: It was evident - as the jury verdicts reflected - both women were obviously lying and both changed their stories depending on the day and who asked the questions. The police investigated the allegations in 04 AND closed the matter after Gary fully cooperated with the police (who believed this so-called vicitm so much after speaking to her at the hospital - where not ONE objective finding was made to support her assertion that she was raped and sodomized - that they decided to NOT get a S.W.). He also produced a letter from the so-called victim’s boyfriend (not allowed into evidence indictaing for a large sum of money it could “all go away” which he refused to pay, but she testified she consulted a PERSONAL INJURY “family friend” lawyer) and the allegation was only dragged up in 06 when the cop boyfriend of the “young lady” Zerola was on the date with (and spent what amounted to a week’s pay for the cop) showed up at his house at 4 a.m. in a BMW with his partner in a cruiser and the DA only dragged up the closed 04 incident to pressure him into a plea, which thank goodness he didn’t take - and the judge obviously knew all of this and wouldn’t allow the madness, and did NOTHING more than give him a fair trial. Which unless he was your kid, I am sure you would believe shouldn’t happen in this ocuntry!! Or maybe you all just think that 24 adult citizens of Boston were all bamboozled by the entire criminal justice system?? (28 if you count the alternate jurors which I hear from court sources all 4 would have also acquitted him.)

4 victims of Gary Zerola testified under oath about what happened to them. I have heard of at least 3 other victims that came forward and told police similar stories. Below are just 3 more blogs about 4 other victims of Gary Zerola. So far that is 11 women who all claim they were victims of Gary Zerola. There are many many more blogs posted by other victims of Gary Zerola. Think about it. He is clearly a serial rapist and needs to be put away.

Defrocked attorney Zirola is not a woman-lover as often stated. He HATES women. He - perhaps sadly - grew up in many foster homes where he spent his hormone-filled youth with mostly other boys.
Now, he spends his time trying proving to the world - and himself - he LOVES women.
Also, if you look at the membership roster at: Rise, a mostly-gay club in Boston - Zirola is a member. God bless all people, gay or straight - but if Zirola has gender issues he should deal with them in a more passive manner than rape.
Zirola loved to spend time interviewing rape victims, making them repat, and repeat, and repeat the most horrible details to which he’d get off. And he loved to give his personal phone number to foster children - who are all quite vunerable.
Zirola is a hater not a lover. He is a sociopath. He is a serial rapist that may have many dozens of victims who are afraid to come forward. He is an admitted drug user, who gets the girls to use “some” drugs with him - which makes them more reluctant later on to come forwards to poice - though they are unaware that he also puts additional drugs into their bodies before he rapes them.

Also Gary has a brother who married a girl who Gary did “something” with.
Ask her to come forward and she won’t because she’ll feel party at fault for doing drugs with him - and mysteriouslly waking up the next day next to him without remembering the night before.

Wow. Its been 5 months since all these lying whores were proven to be just that and you fokls are still thinking so much about me. Losers. Get on with your miserable boring lives. In 2006 there was no kidnapping and no attempted rape, just a vindictive gold digging bitch who had hirrible parents, banged by my count 9 guys before she was 19 (all at least 8 years older ans 2 25 years older) and who was forced to lie by her short-term cop boyfriend. Something she admitted at trial. In 2007 an immature woman (18 is old enough to join the army and vote but young than me so she’s vulnerable?) who instead of telling her pop she was drinking and partying and went back to a hotel room with a COUPLE she did not know (yes there was a wiotness in the room, aso not reported by the media), lied and said she was forced. A story proved false by video form the club, the hotel and hotel employees (also not reported). That is why I am free. Because in the end, the truth counts for somehting. Now get on with your lives. I am moving on with mine. And planning big things. Looking in the mirror can’t be that boring? Can it? If it is, there’s always suicide. The world may be better off without you. Consider that.
