Liberal lions, cancer is a bear, oh my: The Associated Press obtained an email from Ted Kennedy’s wife, Vicki. She says the brain cancer is “a bear,” but that the liberal lion is doing well as he undergoes treatment. [
Some long-overdue good news for WHDH: Boston’s troubled (Goldklank!) NBC affiliate won an Edward R. Murrow Award for its News at 11 newscast. WBZ Radio also won an award for its series on teen stress, and Carl Stevens won an award for radio writing. Congrats! [
