I wouldn't recommend heading to Saugus for any reason now that the Hilltop Butcher Shop is closed. To be fair however, I've never been to Kowloon which might make me change my tune...

I much prefer Border in Harvard Square. They've done a better job at manufacturing some sense of authenticity. Margarita's has a few strikes against it. The worst offense is that they used the possessive form of a food or drink as a name--as if there's actually someone named Margarita running the place. Definitely not as bad as Cappuccino's or Bistro's Cafe, but certainly not acceptable. The food is always pretty decent, but I've never been able to shake the feeling that I'm eating at the Mexican TGI Friday's (again with the name--uggh!).
