Rialto's Women Winemakers Dinner
Chef Jody Adams rounds up four talented female winemakers for a special sommelier soire and four-course dinner. Each winemaker comes from an organic family-run estate (three are from France, and one from Argentina), and the menu is specially designed to complement the featured wines. Participating sommeliers include Diane de Puymorin from Chateau d'Or et de Gueules, Nathalie Blanc from Mas Carlot, Sylvia Cornut from Mas Guiot, and Carolina Furque from Furque.
