Carina Donoso and Kristen Lambert launched The Third Piece — their fresh line of cozy wool accouterments — tonight in a trunk show at Salon Acote. Think mini-mittens, blanket scarves, turbans, and berets, all “inspired by the ridiculously freezing cold weather in New England.” (Considering that I shivered through an outdoor fashion shoot all day, I know the feeling well.)
