Bottega Veneta Rereleases the Desert Boot

Boston is one of the only cities carrying these Kanye-approved kicks.

Last season when Bottega Veneta debuted the utilitarian suede Desert boots, Kanye West surfaced as an early adopter. It was perhaps more frustrating than surprising when the versatile boots completely sold out. Lucky for streetwear enthusiasts everywhere, the Italian brand is reintroducing the wildly popular boots in new colors and a new lace-up style. Even better news? They’re only being released in a handful of U.S. cities, and Boston made the cut. The shoes—which hit stores this week—feature an almond-toe shape, matching color stitching, a side zipper, and a textured rubber sole for flexibility and serious comfort. And while they make for great everyday shoes, these Kanye-approved kicks will transition perfectly into fall.

Be sure to pick up a pair soon, though. The Boston outpost only has a limited quantity, and if history serves, they’ll be gone before you know it. Check out the new designs and colors below, available now at Bottega Veneta at the Heritage on the Garden on Boylston.
