Have killer luggage, will travel. Isn’t that how the saying goes? This winter, we’re escaping the ice and snow with help from German luggage maker Rimowa, which touched down on Newbury Street last summer. Its “Salsa Air” design features a feather-light polycarbonate exterior to shield belongings from bumpy rides (without cutting into the weight limit), not to mention a TSA-approved lock to keep valuables safe and sound. And lest you think these carryalls are all function, no fun, just look at Rimowa’s rainbow of available colors. Time to get packing.
