Founder Natalie McEachern opened this cleverly named bakery in 2008, following a 2002 diagnosis with Celiac Disease. Her gluten-free products are inspired by her mother’s recipes and most also avoid nut cross contamination and dairy products. Glutenus Minimus also takes special made-to-order cake and cupcake requests and offers mixes for at-home gluten-free baking. Vegan muffins are offered every Tuesday and Thursday to satisfy your cravings. If you can’t make it out to original Belmont storefront location, Natalie’s products are also sold in cafes around the city, including Sweet in Harvard Square.
