National publications such as Runner’s World, PopSugar, and Women’s Health have been partnering with local gyms to offer free classes recently, and now Marie Claire is getting in on the action. The fashion mag is celebrating September’s National Yoga Month with the fourth annual “namasDAY” September 18, which will take place at 14 Exhale Spa locations nationwide (including Boston’s Battery Wharf and Back Bay locations). The event will feature complimentary evening yoga classes, live music, snacks, drinks, trunk shows, promotions, and mini spa therapies.
Participants of all fitness and flexibility levels are welcome, and the complimentary yoga classes will feature the full range of Exhale’s yoga classes, including: exhale Power, exhale Flow, and exhale Chill, which, according to Exhale reps, are all custom-created to “revive and restore.”
“Exhale’s athletic, mindful, and musical approach to the yoga practice builds flexibility, endurance and strength to find the perfect class to lift your mind and lengthen your body,” says PR director Kim Kiernan.
