When the weather’s bad, you’re short on time, or you simply don’t have the motivation, getting to the gym can be an obstacle too big to overcome. Never fear. You can still get a good workout in your own home with these virtual training resources:

1. Barre & Soul

You can take yoga and barre classes through Barre & Soul’s virtual program. Students register for classes online as normal, then take the class via Skype in their own homes.

2. DanceFIT

This Brookline and Natick studio has an extensive virtual schedule, including yoga, ballet bootcamp, strength training, piloxing, and more. It’s also behind b-virtual, a program that allows studio owners to build out their online presences.

3. Endurance Pilates and Yoga

Endurance offers virtual, Skype-based versions of its live barre and Pilates classes. The studio also offers a few on-demand workout videos.

4. EveryBodyFights

Take boxing fitness classes in your own home with this online service. Some videos are offered for free, while others are available with a $9.99 monthly membership.

5. Modern Barre

Log onto Skype and take a real-time class from Chestnut Hill’s Modern Barre. All you need is furniture to simulate a ballet barre and light weights.

6. Sarah Dussault

Trainer, blogger, and YouTuber Sarah Dussault offers a wide range of online workouts on her website, broken down by which body part they focus on.

7. Sweat with Lauren Hefez

Boston-based trainer Lauren Hefez uploads a new workout to her YouTube channel each Wednesday. Videos range from at-home barre to full-body workouts.

8. Xtend Barre

Xtend’s online memberships allow unlimited access to its workout videos and recipe ideas, for a much lower price tag than its physical studio classes.

9. YogaWorks

Can’t make it to one of the studio’s two Boston locations? You can take one of its hundreds of on-demand online yoga classes from your computer.
