It’s safe to say Aly Raisman is among the fittest humans in the world. But the six-time Olympic medalist revealed Wednesday that even she’s fallen victim to body shaming and self confidence issues.

In an Instagram post, the gymnast writes about her journey to body positivity, calling out “all the boys from 5th-9th grade who made fun of me for being ‘too strong.'”

Raisman, along with model Gigi Hadid and MMA fighter Ronda Rousey, is part of Reebok’s Perfect Never campaign, an effort to spread the beauty of imperfections and inspire women to shake off the shackles of criticism, expectation, and self-doubt. If her post is any indication, Raisman has taken that message to heart.

“Thanks for forcing me to love myself and my body,” she writes. “My muscular arms that were considered weird and gross when I was younger have made me one of the best gymnasts on the planet.”

Mic, dropped.
