If you ran on Monday, your body is probably feeling it today. But here’s some motivation to drag your aching muscles and blistered feet off the couch: These local spas, restaurants, and studios are offering Boston Marathon recovery specials. You deserve it.

Bella Santé Spa: Marathoners, rejoice. Just bring your Boston Marathon bib to Bella Santé’s Boston, Wellesley, or Lexington locations by May 15, and you’ll get 20 percent off a massage.

Rowes Wharf Health Club and Spa: Your feet took a beating running all those miles. Pamper them at Rowes Wharf Health Club and Spa, which until April 22 is offering a 26.2-minute Finish Line Foot Massage designed specifically for athletes.

Viyada Thai Spa: Runners get a hefty $50 off any 60- or 90-minute massage therapy treatment on weekdays during the month of April. Just show proof that you ran the marathon.

Boston Public Market: Stop by the market, where Stillman’s Quality Meats and Osso are giving Boston Marathon runners and volunteers half-off bone broth. Just show your race swag to get the deal.

Dig Inn: Run straight to Dig Inn’s Boylston Street restaurant (conveniently located near the marathon finish line) for a free grain bowl or salad. All you have to do is show your finisher’s medal. The discount ends Friday.

Newton-Wellesley Hospital: You’re definitely going to be sore after a marathon—but are you a little too sore? Get your bod checked for injuries by an orthopedist, physiatrist, podiatrist, physical therapist, athletic trainer, or nurse. Your checkup, and any resulting x-rays or lab tests, are free.
