This Is What a Fitness Blogger Eats for Breakfast

Claim to Fame: Alarcón is the Boston-based fitness and lifestyle blogger behind Ana Goes Fit, and the widely followed Instagram account of the same name. She’s also an instructor at Btone Fitness and EverybodyFights.

What She Ate: Rolled oats with almond milk, vegan protein powder, maple syrup, berries, and natural peanut butter. On the side, she has a turmeric or matcha latte.

Why She Chose It: Alarcón follows a vegan diet, so plant-based foods are key. This breakfast, she says, is a tried-and-true standby that keeps her full and well-nourished. “I have been eating the same breakfast for a couple years now. It is super easy to make and I can cook it anywhere—home in Mexico, while traveling and staying in hotels, and even camping. Perfect to start my mornings.”
