CorePower Yoga’s new Fenway location hasn’t even opened its doors yet, but the chain already has its eyes on expansion.

The power yoga brand announced this week that it’s adding yet another studio—its seventh in the Boston area—sometime this year. The newest location, set to join Fenway in opening this fall, will be in the Seaport, at 20 Bond Drive.

“We are thrilled to open two new studios in such thriving communities within Boston,” says Alicia Wilson, who oversees the brand’s Boston-area activity. “The Boston metro area has really embraced our unique offering—a workout with both intensity and mindfulness—and we’re excited to share it with more people in the Fenway and Seaport areas.”

CorePower will be in good company in the Seaport. The rapidly developing neighborhood is making a play for the title of Boston’s wellness capital, boasting big-name brands including SoulCycle, By Chloe, Juice Press, Sweetgreen, EverybodyFights, and (soon) Equinox.

The yoga chain already has locations in Allston, the South End, Cambridge, Newton, and Medford.
