Researchers at Dartmouth recently published a study on the effects of exercise on mood and cognitive function. The study concluded that, overall, “exercise generally enhances the ability to remember.” A morning jog before school or work could, in fact, play a part in your remembering where you parked your car this morning, your great aunt’s birthday, or your parent’s wedding anniversary.
