When the temperature drops, many of us start to crave comfort foods. It may be for the warmth and quick energy rush that carbs provide, but some experts say it is psychological and not physiological. Whatever the reason, comfort food almost always means comfort calories. For those that just can’t live without their mac n’ cheese, we found eight delicious comfort food recipes—all under 400 calories:
