Universities Helping Students De-Stress for Finals

Boston-area universities are offering cool ways for students to unwind for exams.

Final exams can be the most stressful time in a student’s life. Boston-area schools are clearly aware of this, because they offer some of the coolest ways to helpĀ students stay mentally balanced andĀ preparedĀ for final exams. Using innovative techniques, and a few puppies, it’s obvious these schools want their students to succeed. What is your school doing?

Boston University is offering free yoga, Zumba, and otherĀ stressĀ releasers likeĀ time with dogsĀ from B.O.N.E., a therapy dog non-profit out of Scituate.
