Lace up those skates, pull on that winter coat, and step on the ice. Here’s where the whole family can enjoy a “Winter Wonderland” ice skating experience in Boston.
Boston Common Frog Pond
The most famous outdoor rink in the city, and therefore the most crowded, the Frog Pond is frozen over every winter for public ice skating sessions seven days a week. Most of the skaters are little children so you’ll have to watch where you’re going, but this classic Boston winter pastime is definitely a must-try experience. Skate rentals and a snack bar are also available.
