Another Juice Bar Is Opening in Boston
Revolution Juice is set to open in early February.
Juice bars are taking over the city—and that’s fine by us.
The latest to grace our streets is called Revolution Juice, and it’s set to open in early February on Huntington Ave. right on the Back Bay/South End border, across the street from the Christian Science Plaza and the Pru. (Disclosure: Boston offices are in the Christian Science Plaza, which means, of course, we are getting a juice bar close by! Boom.)
Founded by husband and wife team, Dominic and Heather Costa, Revolution Juice will offer cold-pressed and centrifugal juices, fruit sorbet bowls, made-to-order smoothies, hearty soups, steel cut oats, Aeropress coffee, and a selection of teas and other snacks. The menu has been curated to only include whole-foods and plant-based items. Also, reps say the entire menu is 100 percent organic and GMO-free, which is really important to the owners. The duo aims to “educate and encourage” when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.
Menu items will include: “Dateorades” in a variety of flavors, including chocolate (cacao, water, ice); juices such as the “Sweet Beet” (kale, carrot, beet, orange, apple, lemon); and smoothies like the “Berry Blue” (mix berries, banana, apple juice, spinach).
Does it sound similar to the other amazing juice bars in Boston? Yes. Do we care? Nope. Not all all. More, please.
