Tom Brady Is Writing “the Only Book an Athlete Will Ever Need”
Here we go again.
Tom Brady is writing what’s sure to be a totally normal, completely attainable, thoroughly researched book revealing the secrets to athletic success, general well-being, and lifestyle bliss, according to an announcement from publisher Simon & Schuster.
The book, titled The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance, will contain 320 (yes, 320) pages of the quarterback’s thoughts on exercise, training, recovery, nutrition, and “cognitive fitness”—including, apparently, wisdom that “challenges some commonly held assumptions around health and wellness.” Buckle up.
Simon & Schuster promises that The TB12 Method will be “the only book an athlete will ever need, a playbook from Brady himself that will change the game.” And all for $29.99.
