Retro Sundays at KO Prime
Chef Joshua Buehler introduces Retro Sundays with a special menu, cocktails and music that give a nod to the great steakhouses of the 50s, 60s and 70s.
Think Oysters Rockefeller with spinach, parmesan coulis and pancetta where Bissonette tops spinach-wrapped poached oysters with parmesan foam and a powdered house-made pancetta.
Feel transported back to the good 'ol days with the All-You-Can-Eat Prime Rib with blue cheese fondue, au jus, onion marmalade and horseradish crème fraiche orTrout Almondine with marcona almonds, haricot verts and parsley puree.
To end the evening, look for inventive, retro desserts like Angel Food Cake circa 1965 and Ambrosia Salad with calamansi lime, Buddha hand and yuzu crème.
